i dont have the points....stupid held...gonna make me go negative For what? The primary increase to Fair/Average/Good is free; if you choose to do Brilliant, it's 25 points and I specifically stated I'll allow you guys to go negative for this one. The 3 secondary increases are also free... i want to use my brilliant on someone else....i should come back ahead once we do exports, awards, etc etc |

do the secondary rate ups have to be 3 different players? and can speed and stuff go up to A? like how the other can go to brilliant? You are limited to 2 secondaries per player, so you could do 2 to 1 player and 1 to another player. Or it could be 1 to 3 players. Can't go to A, no. Maybe next major holiday =) New Years? lol |

Does this mean I can make Gibson even better? ;D Why not? Debating bumping his hits to brilliant or song that he's already pretty good bumping someone else so I have a 1 and 1A. |

Does it have to be an existing "good" rating for the primary bump, or can it be from "poor" to "brilliant" if I wished?

To go to Brilliant, the rating must be at Good first. Reward Camps only go up one slot at a time; my xmas gift is to basically lift the "max to Good" rule for this one time, but it'll cost 25 points.
