The cap is 150 . You need to have 18 points taken off you and maybe a few more to teach you not to try this stuff again in the future.

Chris never said anything about any other teams having less points in the past. The A's are at 155 right now. Why isn't anyone complaining about them? Look I was in a very unique situation and went about it in what I consider the most fair way possible so don't be getting all angry at me thinking I'm trying to break rules or anything. |

Yes, cap is 150; Shale spent points while with Pirates. He gained a bunch of points at the end right at the file flip and had no need to spend on the Pirates because, again, it was at file flip.
I was and still am OK with the excess carryover as long as he spent some points right away, which he did.
This is a non-issue.

What the fuck do you all want from me? I tried to spend the Pirates' Christmas gift immediately, but Chris said I had to let Stooolfan do that himself after the flip. If Chris told me I was required to do some sort of talent increase for the Pirates or something, I would've done it but no such talks occurred.
The Reds and A's have both been over the cap before and the A's currently have 155 points on them, but no one's complaining about them. No...it's only because the Lierman brothers don't happen to like me that they try to get me in trouble of their personal vendettas towards me. Unfuckinbelievable.

Yup, but we spoke about this because of the unique situation when someone takes over another team. I'm sure Mark will have the same issue when he takes over the Blue Jays. If he has 150+ points right at the flip, I'm not going to have a problem with that. I'd probably want the max amount when starting out with an expansion team. |

Maybe I should keep at 150 and add the additional 5 later. This hasn't happened often so Chris and I have yet to discuss how to go about this. But I will make sure he spends some ASAP. |

It's happened a few times and each time it was rectified immediately, just like the Mets and so soon will Noah within the next week I'm certain. Again, non-issue. |
