As indicated in other posts in the past, I will modify the points schedule from time to time. These will take effect immediately.
I am listing only the changes; you will note I bumped up almost all of the volunteer points, added player of the week and game-based events. To balance that, I increased the cost of a potential talent increase to Good and also to when it is to the Hits rating.
I will also put a note that anyone over 150 will have a week to spend points to get under.

Volunteer-based Points (Per Season)
Draft File Mod: 40 pts - CHN (prev. 30)
Ammy Draft Mod: 20 pts - LAD (prev. 15)
Banker/Award Mod: 20 pts - PIT (prev. 15)
Hall of Fame Mod: 15 pts - STL (prev. 10)
Fan Expectation Mod: 15 pts - DET (prev. 10)
Seasonal Points Mod: 15 pts - KCA (prev. 10)
File Flip Financial Data Mod: 10 pts - CHA (prev. 10)
Global Statistical Check Mod: 10 pts - MIN (new)
Expansion Protection List Mod: 40 pts - BAL (prev. 30)

- Ecstatic Fans (Win total greater than highest win total in 10 simulated seasons): additional 5 pts (prev. 3)
Player wins hitter or pitcher of the month: 2 pts (prev. 1)

Player wins Rookie of the Year: 5 pts (prev. 3)
Player wins Fireman of the Year (vote): 5 pts (prev. 3)
Player wins Cy Young: 5 pts (prev. 3)
