SP Ned Garver is available and has talents of G/B/B in AVG/HR/BB on top of A duration.

The guy is available because he is in his walk year and it doesn't make all that much sense for me to hand out big deals right now given the quality of the rest of the team.

However, that doesn't mean he is available on the cheap or such as if I would be afraid to lose him for nothing, I have cap space coming out of my ears to sign him up if I want, so no need to lowball.

Obviously I am not looking for vets.
