Now that we have thoroughly analyzed how much points each of us has spent and where the points have gone toward, let's see who has earned the most points and in which ways!
All points included in this will be from the start of the league through the morning of March 3 to keep it a genuine 10-season ranking. Any points acquired in a trade will not be included.
I will also break down the points into which categories, including in-game points (Player of Week, Player of Month, etc), All-Star points, export points, fan expectation points, end of season points (which includes league leaders, awards and polls), offseason points (including opening day exports), job points, post points, article points, and finally, miscellaneous points (including birthday points) Chris may have given certain GM's on his own.
Let's get it!
20. Jenn (Colt .45's 1962-)
In-Game Points: 0
All-Star Points: 0
Export Points: 4
Fan Expectation Points: -2
End of Season Points: 4
Offseason Points: 8
Job Points: 0
Post Points: 1
Article Points: 0
Misc Points: 41
Total 10-Season Points: 56
In her 1 season here thus far, plus the few offseasons prior to it, Jenn starts off this list with just 56 points accumulated in our 1st 10 seasons. Most of the points were from expansion and a few roll calls.
19. Stooolfan (Pirates 1962-)
In-Game Points: 12
All-Star Points: 0
Export Points: 20
Fan Expectation Points: 2
End of Season Points: 11
Offseason Points: 13
Job Points: 0
Post Points: 1
Article Points: 0
Misc Points: 41
Total 10-Season Points: 100
In his 1st season here, Stoool earned exactly 100 points mostly thanks to exports and 10 points from the Super Bowl event. Stoool's activity has been very good for a newcomer here and it should only continue to get better with time. Keep up the good work!
18. Jeff 2 (Senators 1961-)
In-Game Points: 2
All-Star Points: 1
Export Points: 4
Fan Expectation Points: 10
End of Season Points: 1
Offseason Points: 20
Job Points: 0
Post Points: 1
Article Points: 0
Misc Points: 84
Total 10-Season Points: 123
Jeff had a 1 season advantage over Jenn and Stoool, hence why he's above them. Draft compensations and expansion were the main sources of points income for Jeff, who also benefited from 10 fan expectation points in 1962. Hopefully, Jeff will export more in the future. It's such an easy way to earn more points every season. They all add up.
17. Stutter (Angels 1961-)
In-Game Points: 2
All-Star Points: 1
Export Points: 37
Fan Expectation Points: 0
End of Season Points: 7
Offseason Points: 24
Job Points: 0
Post Points: 4
Article Points: 0
Misc Points: 50
Total 10-Season Points: 125
Rounding out the recent expansion additions is Stutter, whose activity has been very good thus far. He's made close to 300 posts already and has been great with exports. (You're welcome)
16. Darryl (Indians 1953, Braves 1960-)
In-Game Points: 18
All-Star Points: 19
Export Points: 49
Fan Expectation Points: 22
End of Season Points: 41
Offseason Points: 34
Job Points:
Post Points: 5
Article Points: 7
Misc Points: 51
Total 10-Season Points: 246
The first GM to leave 1 team and come back later to take over another team, Darryl has been active ever since his 2nd stint here began with the Braves. He also now has the job of putting together future draft classes, so in the next ranking 5 seasons from now, he should be much higher on the list just from this alone.
15. DRowe (Orioles 1956-1958, Phillies 1961-)
In-Game Points: 11
All-Star Points: 7
Export Points: 91
Fan Expectation Points: 4
End of Season Points: 26
Offseason Points: 32
Job Points: 0
Post Points: 0
Article Points: 0
Misc Points: 84
Total 10-Season Points: 255
DRowe hasn't always been the most active GM, but has participated in some events and has been good with exports and offseason activity when he's been around.
14. Dave (Orioles 1959-)
In-Game Points: 5
All-Star Points: 5
Export Points: 33
Fan Expectation Points: 8
End of Season Points: 30
Offseason Points: 38
Job Points: 62
Post Points: 6
Article Points: 0
Misc Points: 73
Total 10-Season Points: 260
For only 4 seasons within the first 10, this was pretty good for Dave, who took over the Orioles after DRowe. He was very helpful throughout both expansions as the expansion mod. More than likely, we should expect to see him reprise the role later in the decade.
13. Ashes (Indians 1954-)
In-Game Points: 25
All-Star Points: 29
Export Points: 34
Fan Expectation Points: 11
End of Season Points: 77
Offseason Points: 47
Job Points: 0
Post Points: 10
Article Points: 0
Misc Points: 84
Total 10-Season Points: 317
Due to his military obligations, Ashes was not able to be around for a few seasons thus far and since returning, has still been so busy with his military stuff to devote even a decent amount of time here. It's too bad that these numbers don't represent what they most likely would if Ashes was able to be on here more often, but that's the way it is. A good chunk of Ashes' points always seemed to come at the end of the season for league leaders and awards, which shows how good some of his teams really were, even though he has yet to make the playoffs here once.
12. Jeff (Reds 1953-)
In-Game Points: 12
All-Star Points: 26
Export Points: 35
Fan Expectation Points: 1
End of Season Points: 55
Offseason Points: 45
Job Points: 0
Post Points: 2
Article Points: 0
Misc Points: 155
Total 10-Season Points: 331
Jeff hasn't always been around consistently, but he has certainly earned his fair share of points thus far. Hopefully, Jeff will be more active in the next 10 seasons than he was in the first 10.
11. Noah (Athletics 1957-)
In-Game Points: 8
All-Star Points: 13
Export Points: 89
Fan Expectation Points: -1
End of Season Points: 27
Offseason Points: 62
Job Points: 50
Post Points: 12
Article Points: 2
Misc Points: 91
Total 10-Season Points: 353
One non-original GM that has definitely been a great fit here since he came through has been Noah, who has been very helpful at times with making sure things look good and are accurate. Noah has earned a good chunk of his points from being the end of season and offseason points mod. That offseason chart in particular looks great every time. Noah has been pretty good with exports for the most part and also helped Adam with the global stat check once.
10. Adam (Twins 1953-)
In-Game Points: 3
All-Star Points: 13
Export Points: 90
Fan Expectation Points: 7
End of Season Points: 52
Offseason Points: 45
Job Points: 20
Post Points: 6
Article Points: 43
Misc Points: 87
Total 10-Season Points: 366
Finally someone that does not have a 0 or negative number in any category! Adam has been one of the more notable article writers over time and over the past couple seasons, he has become the global stats mod, which gives him a job here.
9. Spencer (Giants 1953-)
In-Game Points: 58
All-Star Points: 31
Export Points: 64
Fan Expectation Points: 19
End of Season Points: 85
Offseason Points: 82
Job Points: 0
Post Points: 21
Article Points: 5
Misc Points: 100
Total 10-Season Points: 465
Spencer's large number of in-game points are mostly from last season, when his offense was the best its ever been in team history thus far and his hitters earned him a ton of points. Spencer though has earned a lot from end of season rewards and has been active in offseasons regularly. He's also been one of the biggest posters and has had an amazing +19 for fan expectations thus far. It's too bad Spencer's activity here isn't the same as it is in BBSBL. If it was, Jeremy probably wouldn't have had such an easy time controlling the NL West for all these seasons.
9. Break (Red Sox 1953-)
In-Game Points: 14
All-Star Points: 26

End of Season Points: 75
Offseason Points: 79

He's been active for the most part with exporting and has been one of the bigger forum posters for sure. Although he almost certainly leads all GM's in points deducted due to poor forum conduct, Break has definitely earned a good number of points thus far.
7. Matt C. (Cardinals 1953-)

Matt is by far one of the most active GM's around and is one of the most consistent with exports as well. He's our Hall of Fame mod, which is where the job points came from. He's been up there with the posts as well, all while coaching pretty much every sports team in his area. Not bad!
6. Trevor (Tigers 1955-)
In-Game Points: 46
All-Star Points: 43

End of Season Points: 119

Despite being one of the more quiet presences on the forum, Trevor has racked up quite a few points just from in-game accomplishments and doing fan expectations for us every season. He has also been as consistent as anyone with exports, which goes to show how valuable those points can end up being once they all add up.
5. Mark (White Sox 1953-)

4. Chris (Yankees 1953-)

Our wonderful commissioner Chris pretty much cleaned house with player of month awards, league leaders and major awards early on in our league's history. He's also been very consistent with exports. Then again, he is the one doing the sims, but at the same time, he has so much integrity that he does not even reward himself with export points for each sim by default. He also put limits on himself in regards to earning points in certain ways. He has not written any articles obviously because the grader can't grade himself. He also didn't give himself posting points until 1961. So while Chris is way up there with points, he should be a lot higher, but is thoughtful enough to keep everything balanced more or less.
3. Jeremy (Dodgers 1953-)

And now we enter big boy territory. Jeremy is among the very top for in-game points, being that he seems to get both every other BOTM and POTM award in the NL every single season. It's getting old. The Dodgers are the only team to generate no less than 5 points each season for All-Stars, which just shows how loaded they have been since the start...and this trend should continue for a long time to come. No one else has earned more end of season points than Jeremy, who has 4 MVP's, 5 Cy Young's and 4 Rookie of the Year's under his belt already. Jeremy is also the leader in exports and 2nd in posting points.
2. Matt A. (Cubs 1953-)

Article Points: 55
Misc Points: 191
Total 10-Season Points: 841
Without question one of the most active GM's here, Matt has been doing all the draft classes since the start of the league through last season. He got rewarded big time for all that work, which he most certainly deserved (as someone who does all the draft classes over in LBB, it's quite the bitch). Anyway, Matt has also benefited more than just about anyone from all the FPR's, being that every time, his team was among the most compensated for the reservations. Matt has also barely missed any exports since the start and has accumulated the 2nd most article points of anyone. The only negative for him is the -9 for fan expectations. Those Cubbies fans really want that curse to be broken. Maybe one day it will actually happen.
1. Shale (Pirates 1953-1961, Mets 1962-)

I'm honestly stunned I'm under 1,000. But I had forgotten that I dug myself in such a hole with fan expectations early on and was at -17 at one point altogether, so the fact that I'm +1 now is impressive in itself. Obviously, writing articles has helped me tremendously. Nothing more really needs to be said about that. Being super active with exports (apparently I missed a good 5 or 6 in the 1st season and 1 in 1958 smh) and offseason activity helped as well. Oh and all those posts I've done...they didn't end up giving me that much of an advantage with points, contrary to popular belief. Oh well. Hopefully 2k+ after 20 seasons!
