Round 4 of our HOFFBL Hall of Fame. No carryovers, so all 5 on the ballot are new on this year.

75% is an induction into the Hall
25% is a guarantee to keep them on the ballot for the next season vote.

It would be nice to get an even 20 and so that Ashes could get another point.
