I'd do what they say...nothing on my own. I text or Facebook message people every day or night after a sim occurs and get their direct feedback. Either they say they want this and that done or they say "no changes". It's very simple. Let's not make ridic exaggerations. Im not looking up the thread at work but didnt you admit you do minor league moves etc for them ...... Used to...not anymore

A)I'm not going to lie, when I saw Shale send in instructions for 5 teams for ST first thing that came to my mind is Shale is managing 5 teams. B)I recently bought ootp16 and I'd be all for a 16 league. I'd do a 1941 ootp16 league if I could get some help setting up the website, etc. I've always wanted to do a 41 league. What is wrong with sending spring training files for teams that tell you what they want done?

These are all overreactions in which people are overthinking and reading way too much into what actually happens. Could they all let Chris know themselves? Sure. But there is nothing wrong with them telling me what they want done. I enjoy helping people out and would do this for anyone if they ever asked. There is no personal gain for me from doing this, unlike in BBSBL where I actually get rewarded with more board cash. I don't get such rewards here and it doesn't matter. I do something nice for people and isn't that what everyone should be doing every day to become better people?
As I said, this is a common thing for people to help others with exports in BBSBL. A lot of you guys are GABL vets that apparently had to deal with such a rule in which everyone had to export for themselves and have OOTP 5 on their PC's. I understand it, but I'm not 1 of those people. Neither are the people I help out. We came from BBSBL in which helping people with exports was encouraged and that's the way it is. You all can believe whatever you want, but accusing me of exaggerations and false stuff won't accomplish anything.
Spencer helped Ashes for a few seasons with his exports too when he was away on military leave. I didn't see anyone complaining to him.

I think you all judge too much.

This really is just a clash between the old school GM's from GABL and the new school BBSBL people who went through a much different experience in learning about OOTP.

And let's all remember that Ashes is still really busy with military duties and will resume full control of the Indians once he's actually able to.

If you're not changing anything they don't want, I've got less of an issue. But knowing you and how you do things, I find it hard to believe that you don't do little things.

I have a lot of reasons I don't like it, but number 1 is probably that those teams are MUCH less involved with the league when you are doing those things, even if you are asking and they are telling you what to do.
If they can't be involved enough to handle some of that on their own, why are they even in the league?

Look, they enjoy being a part of this league and if they want to be a part of it, what's stopping them? Stutter and Stoool are around a lot more than at least 3 particular GM's here and contribute more to discussions, etc. Or should that not be valued at all?

I would never do things for other teams that those people did not want done. That would make no sense. What I do is help them do what they want done. You all think I just do what I feel is best for that team, but that's not the case. It's their own teams. I have a lot more integrity than that...

I guess we should have a 10 team league if we want equally active GMs
