With Noah stepping down for a little while, the task of calculating mass reward points is up for grabs. More specifically, the job entails:
1) End of off-season: 5 points to calculate reward points for FA Exports, ST file, Opening Day Exports for each team.
2) All-Star season: 5 points to calculate reward points for All-Star Nomination, Starter, Player of the Game
3) End of season: 5 points to calculate reward points for Fan Expectations, Season Exports, League Leaders, Player Awards, 3 Polls (Reliever, Manager, Playoff MVP)
Please let me know if you're interested.

I will volunteer.
If you don't want somebody permanently having two positions, maybe we rotate this one every year until we do have somebody full time.

I need the points now! And, GMs who do not have regular point opportunities should get first shot at an opening before someone who already does...imo.

You had about 36 hours to volunteer. Nobody did, so I suggested the idea of rotating. Job was awarded to me. Having those 15 points, I posted a Reward Camp immediately afterwards that I would NOT have posted without those 15 points. Plus, I've already done 1/3 of the work, as I added up the FA export points earlier.
I don't disagree with you having the job, but it was given to me this year, I've done some of the work and made decisions based on having those points, so it really isn't fair to pull that out from under me. You'll get it next year.

I don't see the free agency points being put into everyone's points thread yet so how can you prove you've already done all that? Granted it takes seconds to add it up, but still, no visual evidence of this for us all to see. |

Jeremy if you're not spending your Saturday going out with family and/or friends or spending your day at the beach (which is impossible in Oklahoma) or at the pool or doing any real social activity in particular that most likely would not occur at your home, then there is nothing to complain about.

I actually misread this. For some reason, I thought all 15 points were for the 3 things I can calculate here shortly.
Being that it's 3 completely separate deals, if Baltimore wants to take over after I've completed part 1 of this job, I'm cool with that. So he'll still have a chance to earn 10 points the rest of this season, and I'll get the initial 5.
Or not. Thought I'd throw that out there.

Jeremy, do this off-season for 5 points and then Dave will take over at the All-Star game + playoff stuff for 10 points and take over for everything (for 15 points) beginning next season.
