Please see BOLDED areas for changes to reward system. There will be no changes to the spending rules, just the events that allow you to earn points.

Earning Points

Volunteer-based Points (Per Season)

Draft File Mod: 40 pts - CHN/MIL
Input File Mod: 20 pts - OPEN
Ammy Draft Mod: 20 pts - LAD
Banker/Award Mod: 25 pts - NYN
Hall of Fame Mod: 15 pts - STL
Fan Expectation Mod: 15 pts - DET
Seasonal Points Mod: 15 pts - BAL
Spring Training Check Mod: 10 pts - BOS
File Flip Financial Data Mod: 10 pts - CHA
Global Statistical Check Mod: 10 pts - MIN
Expansion Protection List Mod: 40 pts - OPEN


Activity-based Points

Birthday Post: 5 pts
Write Quality Article: 1 - 5 pts as determined by the Commissioner (Maximum of 25 pts per season)

Free Agency Export for Days 1-4: 2 pts
Free Agency Export for all other FA Sims: 1 pt each

Spring Training Confirm Ask Coaches or All 5's: 1 pt
Spring Training File Emailed to Commissioner: 2 pts

Roster Export for Opening Day sim: 5 pts
Roster Export for any other Regular Season sim: 1 pt each (total awarded after final Playoff Sim)

Vote for Fireman of the Year, Playoff MVP of the Year, Manager of the Year: 1 pt each
Owner wins Manager of the Year: 5 pts


Seasonal Event-based Points

Non-Playoff Teams
- (.650 - WPCT) * 5 * Minor League System Rank, rounded up (Maximum of 25 pts per season)

Fan Expectations (Surprise/Disappoint fans based on average number of wins after 10 simulated seasons):
- Disappointed Fans: Wins differential divided by 3, rounded down
- Surprised Fans: Wins differential divided by 1.5, rounded down
- Ecstatic Fans (Win total greater than highest win total in 10 simulated seasons): additional 5 pts
- Holy Crap Fans (Make playoffs when expectancy is 0%): additional 5 pts

Player is named to All-Star Game: 1 pt
Player is named starter in All-Star Game: additional 1 pt
Player is named POG of All-Star Game: additional 1 pt
Player wins player of the week: 1 pt
Player wins hitter or pitcher of the month: 3 pts
Player wins Rookie of the Year: 5 pts
Player wins Fireman of the Year (via vote): 5 pts
Player wins Cy Young: 5 pts
Player wins MVP: 5 pts
Player wins Triple Crown: 5 pts
Player wins Gold Glove: 1 pt
Player finishes in top 3 batting categories in AVG, HR, RBI, SB: 1 pt
Player finishes in top 3 pitching categories in W, SV, K, ERA: 1 pt

Player hits 6+ H: 5 pts

Player hits for a cycle: 4 pts
Pitcher has 15+ K's in a game: 3 pts
Pitcher has 18+ K's in a game: 8 pts
Pitcher has 20+ K's in a game: 10 pts
Pitcher throws 1-hit shutout: 2 pts
Pitcher throws no-hitter: 4 pts
Pitcher throws perfect game: 10 pts


Career Event-based Points

Player hits 2000/2500/3000th hit: 1/3/5 pts
Player gets 300/400/500th HR: 1/3/5 pts
Pitcher gets 200/250/300th W: 1/3/5 pts
Pitcher gets 300/400/500th SV: 1/3/5 pts

I thought about steals, but I wanted to keep batting and pitching events the same number.
