IF this gets voted in, I think it should have some regulations, and be a little pricey in terms of reward points.
Maybe not so much to get to the middle ranking, but to get to the top (loyal, durable, very consistent, etc), shouldn't be easy. Much like we can't get guys to Brilliant or A (range, stealing, etc).

I'm not sure I would allow changes to become loyal. That would be a HUGE financial benefit to a team. If I were to think about allowing it, the loyal rating would cost AT LEAST 50 points.

No I don't think there should be any changes to winning desire or loyalty at all. This is ONLY for consistency, clutch and team leadership.
