I will wait on this at the moment...will edit this post to list off possible candidates but If I do take over Toronto in the 70's I may just leave this a suggestion sheet for the next gm

Can I get cost/ratings on Fisk, Baines, Thomas, Konerko, Ventura and Mcdowell....no rush on them....these seem like the prime canidates for this.

if you keep him for 20, you'll get 15 points back and in 2000 you start getting 2 pnts a year, by 2015 you'll have 84 points.

Furthermore, given that teams may consider players who are currently playing in real life, each team will be granted an additional two (2) FPR points every off-season beginning in 2000.

that's what's in the constitution and where I got the 2 points per season from
