I believe Edgar Allan Poe was referring to character rating increases in the HOFFBL; with that said, enjoy a freebie on me:

* You have TWO (2) opportunities to increase Consistency, Clutch or Leadership ratings. For the sake of clarity, you may a) increase one (1) character rating for two (2) players by one (1) slot each, b) increase two (2) character ratings in a single player by one (1) slot each, or even c) increase a character rating by two (2) slots in a single player. Up to you.

These must be "spent" by the Opening Day sim. If not, I will spend them as I see fit. The four (4) expansion teams have until the 1969 Opening Day sim.
