I still hope to resign him, but he's giving me that stuff about not being happy about his playing time. I hope it passes after this sim, but if it does not, I may be looking to deal him to the winner.
If claimed, pull back without a trade.

Well, you perhaps left it a bit late as any team that trades for him probably won't have enough of the season left to give him enough playing time to make him happy.
Still, I'll claim.

I am having the same problem with Schmitz; he wants more playing time but I've given him 6 straight starts. Still won't listen. He gave up 8 runs in 3 IP in his last start against the Tigers, so I might give him the boot. But good relievers are hard to come by.

Pulled back. Does not clear waivers. Next time waived this season, he will be automatically released to claiming team or released outright if not claimed.
