I just simmed, so I am taking a break until Saturday morning. While you prepare for the great food, games (both real and not), please enjoy the following gift:
* FREE Secondary Talent increase, including up to "A" except in Reliever Duration Rating. If you want to get to A, you'll have to spend 25 points; going up to D, C or B are otherwise free.
Please note that this MUST be spent by 1968 Opening Day. Expansion Teams have until 1969 Opening Day.

Is this still subject to the two secondary increase rule per player? I assume yes, but just wanted to clarify.

From how I'm reading it I don't think you can bump the reliever duration to an A with this.
