I've been clear that I'm considering leaving for a while over there. They know about my gripes and they keep telling me that my guys just aren't average hitters when I had a lineup full of guys 6 or better in hits with a team .255 average. Something is fucked up over there. You really think there is something causing your team to sim worse than it should? Come on man.

The ratings are high but that is extremely difficult to manage. I'm going to keep a lid on explosive rating increases in hoffbl.
Thats partly why I intentionally made the rewards a little expensive

If you know a certain rating only gets you a .280 average, and you want a .300 average, get guys with better ratings? 2. Have you looked at your park ratings? It deflates batting average for right handed hitters, which means you need better than league average ratings to obtain whatever hitting goal you have.

I have always liked the simple rule being used in the HFTC league: any offer that is worth 20M or more must be at least 2 years in length. It doesn't fix everything, but it does fix quite a few things and is very easy to enforce by and requires very little work by a Commish.

Maybe add to it that on players 34 or 35 and over, the 2 year requirement goes away.

Everyone in GABL trades for bare minimum loss. They refuse to deal unless they are winning it by a fair margin.

Well in my experience they lowball me and then get offended when I try to ask for more. Everyone but Kansas City I've ever dealt with in that league has done that with few exceptions.
