Poll - PD Reversal Protection

I brought this up last offseason, and we never got around to polling.

In my opinion, there is nothing more frustrating than reversing a negative PD to a player, and having the same negative PD occur again the very next sim.  I believe there should be some level of protection.  We're not really voting on the details here, this is just more of a would you be interested in some kind of protection, we can get into specifics later.

My off the cuff recommendation would probably be a free protection period based on age.  Prospects that haven't reached the majors get protected their reversals protected thru the end of the season.  Players 30-32 or younger get theirs protected for a sim month or something.  And maybe no protection for guys older than 32, or maybe 34-35.  By protection, I envision a system where the second negative PD is simply reversed for free if it falls within the protection period.  No reason to make it more difficult than that, IMO.  If that means the protection period needs to be as small as makes sense, I'd be okay with that.

I also don't see this as something that is retrospective at all.  It would start with the opening day sim, or maybe spring training sim next season.  Anything before that would be off limits.

I was thinking this as well after having a guy have the same PD hit a just fixed before the sim. A month season time seems more than fair.

itd depend on the details and how it is managed but id be for something like this ...the only argument against would be that a lot of points already earned and its just another way the talent pool will get even more out of wack than it already it.

I will implement this immediately; PD Reversals will be protected for one (1) sim month, from the date of actual PD Reversal as noted in the Player Log. An age cap is not necessary at this time.

This will NOT apply to potential or secondary talent increases.
