I offered 10.5/5 years, thinking that was a pretty decent first offer, couldn't see paying more than 12.5, and with my income, even that was a stretch. Hard to make one guy 20% of your payroll. Rich get richer.

Geez...I got the cap room and financial stability but I offer 12.5 to taint thinking that was too much ..... I guess when you got no financial worries what so ever .... you just open the wallet.... now I know.
