I had been thinking about this for a while, but I know that there are pitchers out there who, while they can start, if they are not starting, they get upset with management for not being used. Sometimes you see that in contract negotiations, where they are not happy with playing time. How about a rule where if you have such a player in the major leagues, if you have a pitcher with E SP duration, if they are not utilized by the end of the season, they lose the rating. Of course, one way around it would be to spend points to get their duration up to D.
Thoughts?

No because it's good to have depth in the pen. You always want a couple relievers who can start too imo
