File and pages are up. The next sim will be when the 2 teams post that they are ready, but no later than tomorrow night at 10 PM.
Please post/PM/text me your game 1 starters. I say this because when you do not export and I pull in exports, it usually resets the "next starter" to the starter number from the export, which might not be the one that is next in line if I otherwise did not pull in exports.
I anticipate file flip to be Tuesday night, so get your last minute roster moves, reward camps and extensions in. Please note that I will do the SP/MR/CL check BEFORE file flip, so do not spend too much time trying to switch people around because I will undo it!

Friday 10/14/1974: Tom Seaver turns in great performance against San Diego
NEW YORK (N) - Great days are rare. But not for New York (N)'s right-hander Tom Seaver. San Diego found out the hard way that he is among the leagues top pitchers, getting just 2 hits. It's his 9th shutout this season, and the 25th time he has done it in his career. 'I had a good grip on the ball today and I was able to put it where I wanted. That kept them out of balance.' Seaver (23-11) fanned 6 and walked 2, throwing 135 pitches. Frank Robinson provided New York (N) with the offense Seaver needed as he finished 1 for 3. New York (N) scored 1 run on 3 hits.
Thursday 10/13/1974: San Diego's Rod Carew laces six hits
NEW YORK (N) - San Diego's second baseman Rod Carew once again displayed his tremendous ability to make contact with that little white ball. He tore up New York (N)'s pitching staff with a 6 hit performance on Thursday. A double off Gene Brabender in the 6th inning accounted for his 4th hit. He had singles in the 1st , in the 3rd (one RBI) , in the 4th inning (one RBI) , in the 9th and in the 13th . Rod scored 2 runs, and he collected 2 RBI as well!

Spent a small part of the afternoon trying to figure out whether my accomplishments to this point makes me a top 5 gm here historically. With Chris, Matt C. Trev and Jeremy being the only gm's to win multiple titles thus far, maybe my numerous playoff appearances could possibly outweigh the stutters and jeff's among others that have won a ring despite less playoff appearances. I should probably do a new article about this at some point to see exactly where I'm at and if im not top 5 then I gotta see who to outplay in the future to climb the ranks.
