Please confirm which rating. His recent hit was to his walks, not home runs. The rule was intended to reverse hits to the same exact rating, but I clarified the rules so that it reads:
"Multiple reversals to same exact rating will be free if the PD hit is within 30 sim days from the sim date of the prior reversal; otherwise 5 additional points through the end of the season (File Flip) for multiple reversals to the same exact rating AFTER 30 sim days from the sim date of the prior reversal or to any other rating regardless of when it occurred after the first reversal.

Looking at the time stamp and your request was on 11/16, which was BEFORE yesterday's sim when Fuller's hits to walks occurred, so I think the hits to walks was not even in the picture when you made the post.
With that said, I'm going to reverse the hit to home runs (which occurred on 6/20) for 5 points.
Let me know what you want to do with the hit to walks (which occurred on 7/11). It will cost 5 points to reverse that.
