Integrity of voting? You can vote for whoever you wanna vote for. Reasoning isnt necessary. Next. You must have agreed with the moron who voted for Jeter for MVP in 99 and left Pedro completely off his ballot just because he was a new York writer

And abusing it in an obvious way should mean you lose it yes, cause casting a vote that meant nothing to the outcome is an abuse of power... wow glad to see you and only you are the holder of the moral compass, humanity will be saved

I mean, Trump got votes, not as many as his opponent, and some archaic system declared him the winner. So there's definitely a flaw in voting. Not the best person wins. Otherwise, we should just not having a voting system at all. Just let me assign the winner and hope I am making everyone happy. In any case, this particular poll is meant to be to generate interest and points. I'm not at all concerned with this. Entertaining though.

Strat o matic? Brian did we just become best friends??? I think Nick (Philly) will like you too lol I had several Strat-O-Matic card sets and played the computer version for years. I joined this league because Scott Huizenga advertised it to me as like Strat-O-Matic. Much love!

I'm wondering where I caused it to become vague, as nothing in my post was "OK you were just talking about X, lemme quote you and talk about Y" I mean that has happened in this thread a few times, but it's been you each time that quotes things and talks about other stuff that has absolutely no relevance to what was quoted... :whistles:

Instead that writer left him off the ballot, and was the only writer to not vote for Pedro.

Leave it to the cop to abuse his priveledges choosing to vote for someone not qualified isn't an abuse, what Weinstein did is an abuse of power... If you want to be outraged, be outraged about something that actually matters.

Break was gonna win the vote. And now its in jeopardy because others may actually change their votes as well.
Break sometimes its better to let things go.

yeah no, that's about as complex as the game on the back of bb cards It's literally the same thing... I kept entire leagues where you'd track stats and have playoffs. yeah a bicycle is literally the same thing as a motorcycle cause they both have two wheels and a handlebar for searing... smh

Instead that writer left him off the ballot, and was the only writer to not vote for Pedro. one person not voting for him cost him the mvp... not... Obviously someone else was getting a shitload of votes... oh and Pedro lost that 252 - 239 which is a difference of 13 points... only if the guy from NY had put him #1 on his ballot would it have been enough to overcome Ivan's lead... so boo hoo hoo it didn't matter that he was the only one not to vote for pedro... www.baseball-reference.com/bullpen/1999_American_League_Most_Valuable_Player_Awardand a handy dandy how to do MVP math tutorial www.whydomath.org/node/voting/voting_vectors_mvp.html
