It was the worst of time, and then it improved... Danny Morris seemed to be two extremely different pitches based on where he was / time of year From April - June (mainly with the Yankees) 4-10 5.14 90K's in 122 IP Once he headed to Atlanta it seemed to thaw his frigid performance and he turned into a pretty dominating pitcher for July - the end of the season 9-4 3.76 110K in 120 IP. Lets hope he can continue with a solid full season in Atlanta as rumor has it he was brought to town to shore up the pitching after Vicente "Huevo" Romo started laboring as a regular starter. Even though he had his most successful season ever with most wins in a season, lowest era and best winning % ever (14-6 3.43), all could see Vincent just wasn't the same guy he was to start the season. Even the pitching coach said it was apparent that Romo had lost some talent in avoiding hits, keeping the ball in the park and striking people out. There are several questions we have as to what the Braves pitching staff will look like in 78, but only time will tell. See you at the ball park, Pete
