I mean we all knew the other 3 AL teams were gonna make the postseason. The only real AL race was for the wild card.

I tend to vote for the team in each league that earned its stripes the most. If someone hadnt made the playoffs in forever or really fought tooth and nail for a playoff spot, that's how I usually vote. But in the NL not much really stood out. Everyone that made it was more or less expected to so I gave the nod to the Padres for another dominant season in which no one in the NL could really match up and it wasn't close.

I voted Spencer in the NL. I just thought he did the most with what he had.
