uhh, late lunch.....
File and pages up; we are ready to begin our 27th season! Please get your exports in by tomorrow, SATURDAY, at 12:00 PM Eastern. It will be a double-sim, as per usual. I might delay the sim a day depending on spending and how many exports I get. I am thinking the magic number is 16.
Remember, you get TEN (10) points for the Opening Day Export! However, please do not claim it yet; Dave will tally up the Franchise Reservation Compensation, FA Exports, ST, Ammy, and OD Export points and add to each team's bank AFTER the Opening Day Sim!
Once the Opening Day Sim is run, I will send the 1979_OD file to Trevor to run the Fan Expectations.
As far as points, the following teams MUST spend their excess points as follows, by the time I run the Opening Day sim. If not, I will spend them as I see fit.
NYA - 213 - Spend 13
MIN - 277 - Spend 77
MON - 277 - Spend 77
HOU - 243 - Spend 43

I'll just negotiate upgrades for when I eventually join lol |

bbsbl is flipping starting right now since i just updated my hoffbl export my crack is this league for some reason, this is the team I connected with. looked at your open teams and none strike my fancy btw if you want me to do something like I did for Chris to move upgrades to history file, let me know. I'll just negotiate upgrades for when I eventually join lol I would definitely be willing to give you some freebies if you brought that system into bbsbl it's very nice. We'd probably just use the simpler terms we use there like TIA, TIB, TIC, IRI. If that's something that interests you we can discuss it. I'm all for whatever fills the league it's the closest it's been since re-launch. |

Sure thing, I'll look at your player logs on Monday (forgot to email the code to myself) and it shouldn't be too difficult. Just the tediousness of getting the info off the website and parsing the hyperlink info out of your active player list. Once I have it in place I'll let you know and then after a sim I'll download the file update the player history files and email them back to you. then all you would do is drop them back into your folder ..OOTP5\BBSBL6.lg\LEAGUE_NEWS_BOX\PLAYERS and overwrite the ones in there. |
