I like the history idea also. I also like when it details past contracts signed but don't know if that is included/excluded/more difficult for moderators. Whatever you wish to do... I am with ya. It will help us newer GMs by showing what has been done in the past for the players... so we don't repeat. I like that... however getting the info would be a bitch... I don't have a way to inspect all the posts for teams negotiation history. Even if I did, the fact there is no standardization of how posts are, would be a major pita for parsing. What made doing the upgrades easyish was there were only 25 pages with a single post, and all the posts were done by Chris in a meticulous way. The only error I saw while doing it was he had a singular letter capitalized that shouldn't have "GOod". |

The history simple edits seems the best. I like having their nicknames show even thought it's really just a trivial feature.

Agree with going with info in player history.Maybe post a guide on forum where the Reward Points are explained on the forum.

Thanks to everyone who voted. Brian has already put this in place and we now have all of the player pages updated to show camps. In summary:
* I will no longer log camps for player development reverses or fielding pct upgrades. I will simply run the camp and deduct the points from each team's running balance in the Reward Points board.
* All Potential, Secondary and Character camps are now showing up in the p####.txt file in the file structure like so: "Don Mattingly has had the following upgrade(s): Primary, Secondary, Secondary, Character..." at the first line. These will show up on the player cards in the game AND on the player pages on the website. Future camps will be added to the p####.txt file as necessary and not posted on the forums.
* With that said, the bulky Player Log board is GONE.
* Because this makes it easier for me to run camps, I am willing to camps prior to EVERY SIM! Not just Sundays!
* 100 points to Brian!!!
We are coming up with other ideas of using script to generate other good information. Our next project will be to post reward camps per team at each File Flip (and possibly prior to Trade Frenzy and after Trade Deadline).
