This is mostly a cost-saving move for me as Tolan was proving to be too expensive to re-sign. Otis, a Royal IRL, comes home and serves as a viable, cost-controlled replacement for Tolan, and Compton (whose ratings don't work in Royals Stadium anyway) moves on as insurance for Toronto as they try to re-sign Tolan.
