What I should have said is to create a Google Sheet that EVERYONE has read AND WRITE access and they update their available list and need/wants list in a single sheet.
Might get messy and would need a honors pledge that no one will get pissed off and delete everything lol

That so it can stay on the site, like a ammeter draft |

Nope that's why I never do the "_________gm" usernames because for one it's a horrible way to identify people at first until you get to know people and their real names etc but also for people like the 2 of us that have moved to new teams. You can't change the user ID once it's created. Only the display name. |

Like if it wasn't for Chris listing just about every gm's real names as the team managers on the roster pages, it would be a nightmare talking to certain people with the "________gm" usernames. I don't wanna have to identify anyone as for example "the Rangers guy" or "the royals guy" because we already know you run the respective team. Redundant as hell.

In my experience with fantasy baseball leagues that have the most simple want/need lists, very few people keep them updated. Then you're left with someone saying they're looking for a pitcher, 6 months after they stopped looking for a pitcher. It's just an extra step towards getting something done, and I'm not sure it necessarily makes it easier. If the Trade Talk forum has sufficed thus far, then I think it can stay the way it is.
