This is as good a time to ask as any. Might be a stupid question, but on some of those secondary talent increases, when it says something like "SP Duration: 25 pts (up to a maximum of "C")", does that mean 25 points to go from an E to a D, or does that 25 bump the player from an E all the way to a C?
