Braves 6/16 - 7/4

Hey Braves fans, it's Skip Caray here bringing you the highlights of the braves over the last two weeks.



It kicked odd with a game for the ages, 26 yr old T Housman vs the 25 year old sensation D Eckersley. Dennis at the tender age of 25 is already in his 5th season of the bigs and had amassed 56 wins over the previous 3 seasons and is on pace to notch his 3rd consecutive 20 win season. The only obstacle to an additional automatic win was Mr Housman. In a game of games, the pitching duel was ended when Gene Richards went yard and gave Tom all the offence he needed to win the game. With all the doom and gloom from the previous week, the miscreats (urban dic for miscreants ) managed to have a pretty decent 2 week run that started with back to back wins over the padres to go 9-3 over the two week span.

I had more written and it was about the travesty of the braves only getting one person on the All Star team and that Tom should have been the starter, alas I closed out the tab without saving the text.

For some reason, Pitt, is just one of those teams Atlanta struggles with, and towards the end of the two week stretch the Braves went 1 and 2 against them to fall to .500 against a team that doesn't even win 4 out of 10 games.

I bought a scale as soon as I started buying regularly to make sure I wasn't getting fucked. I've switched guys twice because they both started giving me light bags. It's so much easier just to get a new hookup then to confront a dealer lmao

Never been tempted to get a scale. If my folks saw that, they'd think I'm up to some other shit lol. My people are good though.

I was referring to myself having one, which I don't. I expect my people to be legit and rarely has anything been noticeably off.

only allowed to get 75 pnts from articles and the last two seasons it got pretty complex at the end of the season to find out if I was getting close, so now keeping a running total.  This season I doubt I'll hit 50 as ...  running out of ideas other than recaps.  The time capsule portion of the post is pretty time consuming, so...  while I'll still do them cause they are interesting...

It's a plant...that's just the government being hardasses and not thoroughly realizing the numerous medicinal benefits that exist for all kinds of people.

I read the other day that there may soon be a global review as to whether weed should continue to be considered schedule 1, which is obviously an absurd classification to begin with.

The plan is for an eventual blue White House to hopefully make weed recreationally legal throughout the country in 2020. That's the best case scenario, but if not, within the following decade for sure. New York should be stepping up soon though from what I've read.

my favorite 3 drug stories

1.  cop calls person, after discussion asks if he and a couple colleagues can stop over.  an In-duh-vidual answers the door 20 min later smoking a joint, he and the other three in the house, since they smoked non stop, didn't realize the 600 lbs of pot in the other room was easy to smell.

2.  Two officers in the circle K across the street from the PD station looking at magazines notice a 20 something enter the store, they can tell he's a tad uneasy as they seem to be interested in him, they proceed outside and talk to the passenger of the vehicle, who is curious why they are talking to him, one of them say just wait and watch and you tell us.

The owner walks back out and the passenger lowers his eyes shaking his head after noticing the joint behind his buddies ear.

3.  same circle K, dumb ass goes in multiple times asking clerk if he knows anyone that wants coke, and after 5th stop by threatens clerk that he best put out the word and find him customers...  Dumb Ass was less than thrilled the people buying the coke arrested him.

Yes, my brother was one of the cops each time, and there are a ton more stories (the ones working with the dea were more... exciting).  His personal belief was pot shouldn't be illegal and he preferred pot heads over drunks as never had to break up a fight with pot heads, and the worst they did driving was sitting at stop signs waiting for them to turn green.
