The Orioles announced early Tuesday morning that the top spot in the lineup belongs to L hander Rudy Law. Jamieson told the Baltimore Sun that, "he has faith the 24 year old will be able to keep his on-base percentage up so we can use Toby [Harrah] lower in the lineup. " Harrah has served mostly in the lead-off role since 1972.
The Orioles also will sport a completely new bullpen which includes ground ball artist Ron Klimkowski. Can they get to him will remain the top question in the bullpen this year. Bobby Bonds was added to the roster reportedly, "to add some trade bait in July if the team cannot remain competitive."
Jamieson (Owner) fired Jamieson (Manager) shortly after that last quote. They released a statement stating that, "we do not advertise our July trade bait before Spring Training. It is our position that Mr. Bonds was added to the roster to be part of a competitive team that has a bright season in front of them."
Immediately following his own firing, Jamieson announced former player Boog Powell as the new manager. Boog accepted stating he would not be as inept as the previous manager and then shook Jamieson's hand in gratitude. Because....he has the coolest name in baseball. Should be an interesting year.
Immediately after the previously mentioned events Owner Jamieson was caught on a hot mic muttering *"explicative (that ends in -ing) leakers"*

The real question is whether Jameson is now the official alcoholic beverage sponsor for the O's?
