A decent number of teams inquired on Thomas earlier today, but with this offer, I was able to get 2 3.5 star hitters, including a serviceable 3B for at least this upcoming season in Harris. Getting rid of Mitchell was great, so that some of the young guys could come up. I also like Piersall as a good 4th OF over Abrams, who was probably gonna get bumped to the bench. Thanks for the trade! Break must be relieved, being that he's asked for Thomas for quite a while.

The young pieces are starting to shape up and a good number of them should be ready by 1956.
