Well Braves fans, the Braves start off the season red hot going 10-5, with Tom Terriffic perfect going 3-0 in his first 3 starts with a 1.35 era. Talk about a red hot start for him! Poor Fulgham despite a 1.69 ERA starts 0-2.
The 10-5 start is especially remarkable because the hitters basically decided to just let a couple guys do the work, with the Brave noob Richie H nailing 6 HR's in his first 57 at bats, Gene hitting .255 and Reggie going yard 3 times being the only guys doing anything offensively.
Now the base paths are a bit OMG right now, with the team putting up 25 SB between 5 guys, even with a crappy batting avg, the equivalent of a double every time someone gets a hit, scores some runs. Noob LF Roenicke has been less than stellar hitting no homers and a 226 avg. Fans have already been asking where is MOOKIE....
Only time will tell if the rapture the fans are showing the team will be rewarded...
