I believe there is a post suggesting some career milestone changes. I will consider those. Also, starting this season, the following changes will be made:
- no more rewards for all-star game or end-of-season rewards (Dave's points will be re-allocated to end of season and beginning of season jobs)
- 1 point for logging in forum within past 24 hours (of sim) whether or not posting or PM/texting me no changes.
- 2 points for every export (actually exporting to server)
- 5 points for voting
Willing to tweak these, but the above represents my initial thoughts

Additional changes next season:
No more "free" PDR's within 30 days of prior reversal. It takes too much time to figure out when the reversal was and if it was within 30 sim days. It does not happen often and additional points are rewarded for exporting anyway. Starting at file flip, all additional PDR reversals after the initial reversal (containing the "age part" of the formula) will be 5 points.
Essentially, you pay the "age part" once per season per player, like the price of admission of benefiting from PDR --- you get the "discounted" player reverses (Brilliant/A = 5, Good/B = 4, Average/C = 3, Fair/D = 2) in the initial reversal, but all others outside the initial reversal are 5 points, regardless of the rating and the value it is going back to.
Potential future change:
I am considering doing away with the 5 points and make it 5/4/3/2 like the initial reversal, but it may have to be part of a larger overhaul such that PDR values for Primary Ratings like Hits/Homers/Walks are increased to 8/7/6/5 points, but keep the current PDR values for Secondary Ratings like Speed/Steals/Range at 5/4/3/2.
Would prefer to do that next season as well but want to get feedback on that first.
