Getting tired of these. They aren't legit and extend the time claims can keep coming in. If you're claim doesn't supercede the best one posted it shouldn't be here. Pm them your interest.

In actual baseball you can't claim a player already claimed by someone higher in the claim order.

Huh? Obviously. You put your claim in on the off chance the other guy pulls back and/or to motivate other team to pull back and trade instead.

it's literally an illegitimate claim by the rules of waivers as the MLB uses them.

I wouldn't even take dougie's post seriously tbh. Anyone here should have thorough knowledge of how waivers work, so either dougie wasn't aware of his positioning for claims when making the post or he knew you'd have the advantage and just wanted to simply post for the fuck of if even tho there's only a 0.00001% chance dougie's claim would even work out. Honestly, pointless waiver posts like what dougie did should simply get ignored. It's an issue, but again, an issue that can be ignored.

Dougie always trying to be some slick shit here and then he'll have a story each time to explain himself out of any situation. Quirky dude but he's finally got the Jays winning for once, so I guess keep at it.

The problem is they shouldn't extend the waiver claim period another 24 hours.

Jeez I don't know what I did but you seriously seem to take everything I do as a personal affront. AFAIK we have an open waivers system. I'm fully aware I don't have a chance to get guys over worse teams, but sometimes I claim guys anyways. If you don't like it, change the rules. Whatever.

The problem is they shouldn't extend the waiver claim period another 24 hours. seems like it has to go through 2 sims is my understanding. to try and keep the less actives in the games so that they check on sim day and see something. At least that is what I am thinking Chris is doing

regardless the time limit rule needs to be exempt from claims that have no weight on the winning claim.

The Commissioner will confirm the status of the waiver prior to the following regular season sim, provided that at least 24 hours have lapsed, as follows:

Tomorrow AM, I'll be confirming Cubs win claim and have until the next day or so to make a trade... unless someone in NL worse than Cubs makes a claim.

I interpret that as 24 hours from last claim. Is that not correct? I will admit it is not clear, but it was intended to be 24 hours from the post from the waiving team. And I will probably need to make it clearer that is needs to be 8 hours from the last eligible waiver claim, or something like that, provided that 24 hours have lapsed from the original post. Eligible meaning the top claim, if a team with a better record claims, it will not bump the waiver claim time periods.

If you go out of your way to personally call me out for the work I do for the banks here, I will not take kindly to you. I take my bank work very seriously and no one else here would be on top of them like I am. You were whining about the banks and calling me out in the process and making it sound like you wanna go to war with me or some shit. I have found you to be annoying at times, but you really crossed a line here and unless you wanna apologize, you can eat a dick.

Idk doug you're always trying to do some slick shit and you get people annoyed at you in the process and it's becoming a recurring trend here.

So asking: Do we count our own frenzy points now? Is calling you out for all the bank work?
Wow. Just wow.
BTW, I really can't wait for the awesome reply that will probably end with you saying you work out and I'm fat and you're going to fly here to meet me at practice to beat me up. Been there, laughed too long at that one.
