File and pages will be up soon. I will do all of the off-season checks. As per usual, please note that the amateur players have NOT been touched yet in this file. I will start to work on the ammy players over the weekend and next week.
I will post a schedule, file flip points and ammy draft order shortly, but in the meantime, plan on NEXT SATURDAY being the EARLIEST we will start FA/Ammy. More likely MONDAY.
Winter meetings can begin! Now is the time to rethink strategy, make trades and propose rule changes. Feel free to export FA offers; they will not get lost as we make updates in the file because I do not import FA offers until the actual sim --- importing offers and then posting a file allows other teams to see who has a favorite offer and it would be possible to top an offer by simulating (you do not need commish powers to sim FA).
Trading is OPEN again.

FYI, I made some tweaks to batters' HR rating to increase the deviation between those who are poor/fair/average and good/brilliant in HR rating. Basically, those who are rated to hit 35-40 or so home runs were boosted by 1 home run. And all others (who weren't a good/brilliant in potential rating) had their rated numbers reduced by 1 to 2 (and in some cases 3) home runs. This will result in about 1/3 of the players seeing their 0-10 number ratings reduced by 1 and a handful of players seeing their 0-10 number ratings increased by 1. The reason I didn't touch good/brilliant potential-rated players is to make sure I didn't stunt prospects.
I will be making some adjustments for the next few seasons to get ratings better under control. Next season I will probably be looking at pitchers' HR and K ratings. The following season I will probably revisit the batters' HR rating again.

Note, I forgot to run extensions for SEA's Aponte and BAL's Gross. These guys are NOT free agents. I'll check each FA sim to make sure they're not being offered. I will put an asterisk next to their name in game as well (for next upload).

I’ve been swamped with school work lately (and will continue to be til mid May :/) but I’ll get all the bank stuff on my end done soon. Hopefully tonight if I can get this one assignment done.

Whew. Got the batters done for now. I did all of the ratings, except for the number ratings. That will be easier to do once I get gripes on the letter ratings.
