Shethrone of the Cardinals will be assigned a E range and .800 fielding percentage rating at 1B. Given that he is a lowly prospect, it probably does not affect him that much and he's young enough where he can "relearn" CF while playing in the minors.
Woodeshick of the Giants will have his starter duration removed and his relief duration lowered from C to E. tsk tsk

So what is the rule, if a guy has E range at a position, you better not use defensive points to try to improve something else, b/c if he loses his range, he will get E range and a terrible fielding percentage?

yea, pretty much. It forces you to put your 3-4 points in Defense to at least maintain a position. It won't be much of an issue for AL teams once the DH comes into play because you are not going to want to play your DH at 1B if he has a .800 fielding percentage. That's a "guaranteed" error 20% of the time.

I know that you are going to throw out there that your division is tougher and that you made the world series but lets face the facts! This GIRL kicked your ass this season. I can careless about moving on in the playoffs, would have been nice to beat up on you some more, because I am glad I made it for the first time! Oh and it was all done with only 77M payroll in which 21/22 million was added the week of the deadline. So yeah.....your 104M payroll is awesome but you still finished behind me in the standings. I would like to think Jeff for allowing me to use his computer. Glad I stopped by to visit him at work today! |
