Well Braves fans, the team seems like it is starting to gel, and went 6-1 over the last 7 games, in which, in 5 of them they gave up 2 or fewer runs.

Atlanta has now opened up a 9 game lead on the Mets, and seems to be setting off to control their own destiny by taking the advice of Al Davis, and have just been winning baby!

Greg Maddux continued his hot streak, and had back to back complete game wins only allowing a run in each to now be 5-0 with a 0.66 ERA over his last 5 starts.

the NL leader in wins Fulgham also got even hotter than he has been, and is 3-0 with a 1.19 ERA over his last 3 and now has 19 wins on the season, and also has won 5 straight.

Have you seen the last concert they did in Australia? It was so sad to see one of the members, the drummer?, seem to be so conflicted --- he eventually took his own life a couple years later.

nah, was never that big of a fan of theirs, they had a couple songs I enjoyed, but never delved into their music. I was more of a rocker back then
