I cannot open the OOTP app. I did get a new computer, but the app did work initially. This week, my work IT provided me with limited admin rights to install/uninstall apps. I also did a recent Windows 10 update. The app will now not open. The error messages are "CreateSurface: Backbuffer; NODIRECTDRAWHW" and "InitApp: Error InitDirectDraw". I have set it to Run as Administrator and changed compatibility to Windows 95. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The app is installed to the C:\\ path. Any thoughts or solutions?

Odd that it worked previously, but oh well!

dougiejays: I don't know anything about anything but are on mac or PC? Do you have firewalls up? do you have an unzipper like winRAR or something similar? Oct 15, 2023 22:15:53 GMT -5
