well Braves fans, Opening day has come and gone and a new season is upon us. The Braves played well, and are at 9-6 with only Seattle and Montreal having a better record. Montreal is the problematic on since they are also in the NL east. The Braves had a brutal opening salvo of games with 13 of the 15 against the Mets (7), Phili(3) and Expos(3).

The Caveman because of one of his starts has one of the weirdest lines I've ever seen. After 3 games he has a 0.49 whip but a 3.54 era.

The Braves offense is once again pretty offensive batting only .225 with 9 hr. 5 guys in the lineup with brilliant power and the team is 23rd in homers...
