Well the Braves had a pretty good week, going 5-1 and ending up in first place. Montreal won the rights to the ageless Steve Rodgers though so on top of their hot start, they look to take the top of the division back.
The interesting series of the week was against the Giants where the Braves won 2 of 3, but were outscored 8-6. The second win was a thrilling 12 inning dual that the Braves finally scored the only run of the game in the bottom of the 12th.
Currently in the league, there is only the AL and NL Central that doesn't have 3 teams within 3 games of 1st, which is balanced by the NL West as all teams are within 3
The Braves power is still suffering a famine, Roenicke after 37 last year still is looking for his first, Horner, Murphy and Brouhard have a combined 13
