I added a new link on the header; you can now generate your own ballpark and study its effects on ratings without having to wait on me or mess with downloading a file.
All you will need to know is your city altitude when you plug it in, which can be found in the Ballpark/Weather Data sheet. The Ballpark Generater sheet is in edit mode and I cannot protect certain cells (yet), so please don't mess it up, lol. I will check it out once in a while to make sure the formulas have not been tampered with.
Finally; while it might not be stated as such in the constitution, if you are seeking a certain set of ratings and can't seem to get it quite perfect, keep in mind that I am willing ot negotiate ratings up to 2 points. Meaning, if you want 105 and can only get to 103, I'll bump it up no problem.
