I think it's a 3-1 ratio, for every stud pitcher in the AL, there's 3 in the NL I love my staff and its the 3rd best in the NL. I only look at my regular season competition. I havent needed to worry about the AL until this year. 3rd? whose staff is better than yours?

People who make historically amazing closers into starters annoy the crap out of me. Nice to know a few gms took advantage of a secret glitch.

Nice to know a few gms took advantage of a secret glitch. that one isn't actually a glitch, it's the "teach a new role" I believe. Just upping the duration wont get you there, though Chris has a rule in that a reliever must be A duration to be taught to be a SP. The relevant line from the constitution

I actually thought it was illegal to do it here too until Josh did it. If we vote to make a new rule and disallow it Id vote in favor of it. Its bad for the league.

Nice to know a few gms took advantage of a secret glitch. btw the flip to this is, players like Eckersley who was set up (I'm assuming) because of how amazing a reliever he was, but had he been based on his SP stats only, wouldn't have been near as good. So it already happens naturally. While I didn't like it when Henke was taught, at the same time it's already done in leagues via the guys that were starters for a yr or 2, but where really relievers for most of their career to get the stud stats

I noticed it the last couple years that when I was looking at "Team rank" at the top of my team page to see where I ranked in hitting and pitching categories. Usually my pitching would look like a weakness by MLB rank, but would still be one of the best in the AL. I do the same for hitting, only I'm nowhere near the best in the NL, but it feels better knowing I'm mid pack NL, versus #20

3rd? whose staff is better than yours? You and PIT. I'm right behind you guys then at 4th cuz I still have 4 aces atop my rotation. Granted my 5th has 9 AR.

Evidently I’m missing the value on relievers with A ratings

Evidently I’m missing the value on relievers with A ratings I spent and ST them. I made them A duration to move them to SP.

Does anyone have a eta on the draft upload and such? was just chatting with Chris, partly because of this post (which devolved into .... something crappy (pun intended)), and he's had a shit week. He hopes to have everything up this weekend.
