File Flip Points

27 seasons ago, I introduced a new way to balance points and encourage parity. This system is based on the performance of the major league squad the prior season and the rank of the minor league system immediately afterprior file flip. To make this ultimately fair, I went into league settings and changed ALL of the starting pitchers in the league with E SP duration and made them relievers, except those who started at least 10 games in the majors. Any relievers with D or higher SP duration were made into starters. Please note that I did a blanket edit, so you will see your major league guys converted as well. Just change them back in your next export.
