The interim file is posted, so I am looking for 2 things regarding the Ammy Pool:

- GRIPES, as per usual
- How does the ratings look overall? Brian and I put together a hybrid of the OOTP5/Shale's rating chart which will tamp down ratings a little bit, but still produce some value. Once the Ammy Pool is set, I will release the chart and our "rules" so we can all see what we're working with.
- We are also discussing a way to automatically adjust number ratings based on talent, age and debut season, that way we save 4-6 hours each season. And also discussing creating future amateur draft pools in advance --- and use a tool to copy/paste ratings immediately (no more week-long breaks) and just tweak fielding ratings manually as needed. This will help release future draft pools possibly several/many seasons in advance AND cut down the "winter break" from 10 days to 2 days. I might then want to go into earlier draft pools, "re-set" them and have them handy for anyone who wants to start a new league ... or if we re-start HOFFBL in a few years (2025+)

I will finalize Ammy Pool by tomorrow morning, with Franchise Reservations due tomorrow night.

FA Days 1-4 will be run TOMORROW night at 8 PM.

According to the 2019 Holiday Spend Tracker, the following teams need to spend by the time I run Opening Day sim!

MIN - 200 pts or PRI-1 / SEC-2/3 / CHAR-3

ATL - SEC-1/2 / CHAR-3
PIT - SEC-2/3 / CHAR-3
HOU - 200 pts or PRI-1 / SEC-2/3 / CHAR-3
