Spring Training Plans Since there is no "Export to FTP" option in OOTP5, teams have three (3) options:
1. All 5's (Default) Post on the Spring Training forum "All 5's" if it is desired to utilize the default option.
2. Ask Coaches Post on the Spring Training forum "Ask Coaches" if it is desired to ask the advice of the coaching staff. The Commissioner must confirm receipt of this post.
3. Customized Spring Training Plan When completed, click on the export button, which saves the file onto the local hard drive. The file will be located at C:\Program Files\Out of the Park Baseball\OOTP5\HOFFBL.lg\EXPIMP\ and be named "TEAMST##.dat" with ## being the team ID number. Email this file to me at chrisscosenza@yahoo.com
Please post your preferred plan (HERE, IN THE SPRING TRAINING THREAD) and I shall confirm. Remember, 5 points for sending a file and 3 points for telling me to do All 5's or Ask Coaches. Say nothing, it is assumed to be all 5's, but no points will be rewarded.
I will give points to Rockies/Marlins if they have specific instructions for their players.

For some reason, I can't get the TEAMST file to appear in the folder, so I will have to text screenshots of my instructions to Chris. I hope he processes them this time because I don't know if I'll be able to tolerate a second straight ST without duration increases to my SP's.
We all know D and E durations significantly decrease a SP's value compared to C or higher duration, so I'm praying my shit doesn't get forgotten.

Fuck it I have to work at 4 and I’m terrified my duration boosts won’t go through. Here are my ST instructions and if anyone has the time to go on their game and send Chris a file for me with these instructions (I’ll obviously have to confirm that everything was done exactly to what I’m about to post), I will PayPal that individual $20 for doing this for me. I’m an essential worker and these duration boosts mean a lot to me each season.

Also Marcus Moore and Rick White would need to be changed from MR to SP. I’ll send an additional $5 if those 2 particular changes are done. I swear E duration is the one sight in life that’s worse than a credit card bill.

Spring Training file has been sent.
What happened with the auto rounds of the 1991 draft? (Rounds 4+) Some teams had picks skipped, while others had multiple picks in a round. (Looks at Mets and Giants.) Not being accusatory, but I either don't understand the filler draft, or something weird happened.

(Looks at Mets and Giants.) Not being accusatory, but I either don't understand the filler draft, or something weird happened. That's part of the admin cleanup I need to do. During expansion years, I have to customize the order several times each round so the Mets and Giants are picking as the Marlins and Rockies, since those teams do not exist in the game. Therefore, there are 28 picks in each round but the game only has 26 slots. So when I get to the 27th and 28th picks in the first round, it's actually the 1st and 2nd picks in the second round. The lag gets worse each round --- In the 8th round, the last 16 picks are actually the first 16 picks in the 9th round. I have already made manual edits to the draft log and players history, but did not get a chance to do the team histories yet (which is what I assume you were looking at). So that would explain why it would appear a round was skipped. I also need to remove the Marlins and Rockies players from the Mets and Giants histories and put them in placeholder files. It makes the end of ammy draft cleanup process go from 5 minutes in a normal year to 3+ hours in an expansion year. It's a pain, but it looks very clean on the user end. OCD FTW =)
