File and Pages updated after a pass at each team's top 10 prospects. I will do one final tweak by looking at the cumulative statistics of players who debuted in 1953 through 1962 and make sure anyone with 10+ career WAR are rated at least 4 stars so they have a shot to make it.

I will do that and reset merch/tv this weekend. My goal is to have a final file ready by the end of the weekend. Next week I will set up file for passwords and exporting function. I already created a tracker just having trouble with php for FA tracker for some reason.

Once the file is out, I will do a roll call. Aiming for end of month or first week of October start!

Should Spooner (Brooklyn) have a salary, or should he be at a MLC at this point, and not already in arbitration?

Good catch; he should be MLC.

My concern is all the players I reverted back to MLC; I hope they will go into arbitration instead of immediately becoming a FA. I will have to do a test season and see what happens to certain players...if it's an issue, I will draft a set of salary rules to take of this issue, but the onus will be on the GM to notify the rookie having no automatic resign upon being called up to the majors.
