I say this because without exporting, when I import Pthe "old" rosters, the next starter may revert back to the old export, which may not be the guy you will want to start the next game!

SAN FRANCISCO - Los Angeles (N)'s right-hander Steve Shields is a great pitcher. And he once again showed his stuff, blanking San Francisco on just 2 hits. It's his 5th shutout this season, and the 20th time he has done it in his career. Shields (22-5) fanned 9 and walked 1, throwing 122 pitches. 'I'll have to give a lot of credit to my catcher. He put all the right fingers down today.' Fred McGriff provided Los Angeles (N) with the offense Shields needed as he went 3 for 4, homering twice, hitting a double, scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 runs. The final score of the game was 3-0.
