he is also pretty good with the stick and on the basepaths. people have been asking about him, so thought to formalize things by posting his name here, and seeing what the best offer is so we can gauge his value and decide what is what.

But your interest is part of what prompted me to post this block, so i should have gotten back to you personally to let you know i posted this block and was waiting to see what the market had to offer. anyway, your offer is better than some of what i've been getting, whatever that is worth |

This. you also inquired before i created this thread, so are also partially responsible for its creation and i thank you. i should have gotten back to you personally to let you know. when i asked what you were willing to offer, you said "future considerations" (and some other stuff), so while i appreciated the joke, i also neglected to tell you that. I have been neglectful, thanks for keeping me honest. so I will let you and all know publicly: am waiting for people to see that he is available, get a sense for the team/season, and go from there. have had a few offers, not including any from you, but none have been what we consider to be enticing. not sure why we would rush to move him, but you are right responses are appropriate. now, i'll reply to people privately as well, thanks again |
