My job has allowed me more freedom to do things like OOTP, so I've been considering starting something up in the near future if interest is there.
I'm looking to start a 16 team league, starting with extremely old rosters and using no upgrades, only reversals. It would stay 16 teams forever.

I like the idea of being in a league with no reversals again. Not sure about going old school though. Put me down as a soft maybe

This is already almost half a 16 team league in interest though so I'm definitely willing to start working on a file in the next month if I get a little more interest

That's a good idea. If you're going to keep it 16 teams forever, might as well go for competitive balancing.
