To show interest. Oren doesn't have to trade him or release him this year. He can resign him, and trade him later if there is enough interest. That is what I'm trying to express. Interest.

And for the record, Jeremy understands how waivers work. Jeremy doesn't need Shale trying to teach him the rules, or trying to question why he do things. Jeremy does things for a reason. ALL things.
